The Swim Clubs website handles just about all the "paperwork" involved in running or belonging to a swimming club. The system handles long and short course times by default, with automated conversion where appropriate. Everything is online, which means anyone can access what they need to, at any time and from any place.
- The facilities are free for clubs and coaches.
- Swimmers pay £10 + VAT (£11.75) per annum to access their personal data.
For Clubs
Time handling
- Full database of swimmer's times, distinguishing between self-submitted times, club recorded times and various official times.
- Personal Best reports available for any level of competition and within any period
- Simplified entry of race results
- Automatic entry of race results where meet hosted by clubs using the Swim Clubs facilities
- Open meet applications, entered by swimmers where desired. The system produces a full list by swimmer and event entered for coaches and a fully costed list, in printed and/or electronic form, for submission by administrators to open meet hosts. For meet hosts using the Swim Clubs system, applications can be auto-submitted.

For Coaches
- Simple selection of individual swimmers for open or internal meets
- For the major championships, qualifying swimmers are identified. Also, swimmers can be highlighted who are within a desired range of meeting the qualifying times.
- For team events, for each event, the top swimmers within the gender and age group are ranked by time for simple selection of the swimmer. Multiple teams handled. Summaries available by event and by swimmer to ensure swimmers do not over- or under-swim. Automated notification to swimmers if they are part of the team. Automated compilation of team selection - available to print or download in electronic format for submission to the Meet host. Automated direct submission of selected teams to Meets hosts that are using the Swim Clubs system.
For Swimmers
- Online meet applications. All events are listed highlighting the events where times meet the meet criteria, allowing a simple tick to select the swimmer's chosen events
- Personal stroke analysis for comparison with a "model" stroke available where coaches use the system to upload personal videos and analysis of a swim, allowing monitoring of stroke progression over time.
- Personal history and personal bests - in long course time, in short course and in their combined equivalences.
